Antalya, one of Turkey’s most popular tourist destinations, has a highly developed urban transportation system. Tourists can easily reach any part of the city using a variety of transportation options.
The most frequently used public transport is Antobüs (public buses). Other options include Antray trams, the Nostalgia Tram, taxis, sea buses, car rentals, and various transfer services, allowing you to reach your destination without transfers.
The Nostalgia Tram follows the route: Zerdalilik → Işıklar 1 → Işıklar 2 → Belediye → Üç Kapılar → Kale Kapısı → Cumhuriyet Meydanı → Selekler → Meslek Lisesi → Barbaros, ending at the Museum.
The Antray is a light rail system spanning 11 km with 16 stops. Its fast, affordable, and regular services make it easy to access central stations, especially in the Expo and Fatih directions.
To use Antalya’s public transport, you need an Antalya Kart. For short-term visitors, disposable cards are available, but transfers are not possible with these cards. For longer stays, owning an Antalya Kart is advantageous. On lines 600 and 800, a double-ticket system is applied.
